ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBCL transaction with auto auth is not validating ECA check status for the settlement account. Transaction is been getting processed successfully, even if the ECA request is rejected by FCUBS. Due to this, user is assuming that transaction is processed successfully, without aware of ECA rejection status.

As per the existing functionality system has to show a message saying ECA check failed/pending due to so and so reason to the end user.
