Symptoms
On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
When running EOD , it aborts with below error
ERROR

AC-FA-01 One or more entrieshandoff are either not yet Processed or Failed.
STEPS
-----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform ATM transactions during day
2.Run EOD.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with EOD.
