Symptoms
While initiating an export collection transaction following error occurs on review screen

Invalid length for description
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login as corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Export collection > Initiate Export collection.
3. Click on Initiate collection button and start filling up details and reach up to attachment screen > upload document and submit with blank remarks.
4. Above error can be seen on review screen.
