Filter criteria entered resets everytime some record is clicked/viewed in View File upload status screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Filter Criteria entered should not be reset on clicking any record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login to OBLM
2. Go to View File upload status
3. enter any filter criteria and search details.
4. Click on any record, View status
5. Check if the filter criteria remains in the screen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the filter criteria is getting cleared.
