Add-biller Button Not Working While Clicking Through Bill Payment Confirmation Screen (Doc ID 2910320.1)

When attempting to Click on Add-biller on Bill Page
the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using Retail user.
2. Go to menu -> Bill Payments -> Bills.
3. Click on Pay for any Bill Payment Pending
4. After the completion of bill payment, on the confirmation screen click on "Pay Another Bill" link which will redirect you to Bills screen.
5. Click on Add-Biller button & Nothing happens as console Error is Observed .
