OBLM-Phase1-R2, Future dated cash concentration structure status is shown as Inactive though system reached on the start date of the structure.
Future dated cash concentration structure status is shown as Inactive though system reached on the start date of the structure.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to OBLM
2. Create cash concentration structure with future date with multi currency(System date is 15th Aug and Structure date is 16th aug)
3. EOD executed for 15th and 16th Aug
4. Verify the status of the structure

Actual Result: Status is shown as Inactive for future dated structure

Expected Result: Structure should be active when system reached on the start date of the structure and should picked up for execution.
