ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System support to save TD account also to make dormant which is not correct

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
TD account should not be available in Lov

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. STDSTDOR screen Account number lov list TD account also
2. System support to save TD account also to make dormant which is not correct
3. TD account never been dormant

Changes

 Apply PS 14.5.5.0.0
