Goal

LM-Phase1-R2-OBLM - Interest Accrual Monitor screen should have Structure id filter

Steps to Simulate:

1. Go to Monitor-Interest Accrual Monitor
2. Check if Structure id field is available in filter criteria

Actual:
Structures id field is not available in filter criteria in Interest Accrual Monitor screen

Expected:

Structure id should be available in the filter criteria in Interest Accrual Monitor screen
