Multi users authorize feature is not working for RT module transaction (Doc ID 2910971.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cash deposit 1401 multi users authorize

MultiAuth for cash Transaction is enabled for 14.3.0.6.0 and it is working fine for single currency Transaction.
On latest Patchset  14.3.0.11.0 when tested  the transaction is not Getting completed even thought second level Authorization
is Successfully done.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Multi Authorize Transaction to be completed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Issue Cash Deposit using 1401 (Cash Deposit)
2. Submit Transaction for Authorization.
3. Authorize the Transaction using 9050(Multi Level Auth). Transaction is not Completed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Complete the Transaction
