UAT Issue: UNABLE TO PERFORM ANY OPERATION ON DUPLICATE ISSUED BC

Facing RM-TX-BE-01: Unhandled Exception Occurred when tried liquidating Newly Duplicated BC

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Perform Liquidation on newly duplicate BC -> System should post and complete the transaction successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create newly duplicate BC and perform liquidation
2.Verify whether the transaction is successfully completed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform any operations in new duplicate BC
