ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Inward clearing is getting successful at both OBB and OBPM side also debiting amount from Customer's account with routing accounting number in Inward Clearing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Perform Inward clearing transaction with wrong Routing number-> System should not allow to post the transaction
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Inward clearing transaction
2. Input wrong Routing number
3. Verify whether the system allows to post the transaction
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, transactions are getting posted with wrong routing number.
