Post deployment of Patch set 23 - CBUUTL_BJ_100_02 (SET-ODD2)METRO2 Batch job is running longer time EOD stuck

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Metro-2 process for lease accounts should get completed successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create some lease accounts

2. Run the billing and verify the data

3. Then run the metro-2 process 

4. Verify system completed the process and generated the data for the lease account
