ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CL Accrual mismatch between V12 and V14
V12 - accrual amount is 23.68 for a loan and V14 accrual amount is 22.81.
ARVN - effective date considered as 03-NOV-2022 in ude vals in V12
ARVN - effective date considered as 04-NOV-2022 in ude vals in V14
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

ACCR amount should be same in V12 and V14
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute EOD in V12 and V14
2. Compare the accr amounts posted between V12 and V14 for CL account
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, there is a mismatch in ACCR amount.
