Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Payments || In My Approved List Rejected Transactions shows Lock Button on the screen.
When clicked on the lock button system shows the multiple errors on the screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Payments|| In My Approved List Rejected Transactions Lock Button should not be displayed on the screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an application as a corporate checker user
2. Go to my approved list -> payments -> open rejected transaction.
3. Lock button is shown on the screen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The Locking operation is not required for rejected transactions

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
