Symptoms

On : 14.0.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CL - ACCR event was not fired on a Rollover contract

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After rollover, there should be ACCR event fired on the CL account in EOD

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do Manual Payment via CLDPYMNT on 19/09/22
2. Do Full Principal rollover via CLDMNROL on 19/09/22
3. On 20th Sep. 22, user check on CLDACCNT and did not see event ACCR being fired as expected.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the ACCR event fired.
