Error "Invalid address details" Observed on Charges Tab When Initiating Bill

Symptoms
When attempting to Initiate bill, on Charges tab, inspite of Exporter address not being mandatory field in the selected LC,
following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. navigate to Trade Finance > Letter of Credit > Export Letter of Credit > Initiate Bill
3. Fill all the details, upto Charges Tab
