ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ARVN not processed when effective date of floating rate code is set to come into effect on a holiday

In the forming of loan accounts' main interest rate and penalties, floating rate codes are used, as for each floating rate code certain values are input on a certain period of time with respective effective dates as per Bank's business and agreement with the customer.

When a new/subsequent effective date for changing the value of a floating rate code is set (using function id CFDFLTRI) to come into effect on a date, that is maintained as a holiday, i.e. Saturday or Sunday, the automatic rate revision (ARVN event triggered in the CL module) IS NOT processed for all loan contracts (using the certain floating rate code on loan account level) and the interest rate and various penalty components are not recalculated based on the new value of the floating rate code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ARVN to be processed when effective date of floating rate code is set to come into effect on a holiday
