MX - Error when initiating payments from Internet Banking

For the Target2MX network in OBDX bank encountered an error when initiating payments. As per analysis the issue is on the OBP service which is getting the value date and network cut off time in OBDX. Such service searches in the screen PMSNWMNT and doesn't find the maintenance record responsible for TARGET2MX, because the maintenance for this network is done on the screen PSDGRTNP.
