For Record Level File Upload, External Reference Number Is Not Save In the Table DIGX_AP_TRANSACTION And Also Not Shown In Transaction Journey Screen (Doc ID 2912627.1)

Goal

In OBDX , when the External ref number will be persisted in DIGX_AP_TRANSACTION table in PROCESSING_REFNO column.
if the Approval type of file uploaded is of Record Level.
As of now, once the file is successfully processed at OBP,
the external reference number is not getting persisted in the mentioned table. It is not available in Transaction Journey in My Approved List widget.
