User cannot perform transaction withdrawal(1001) when Customer is enabled for Relationship pricing.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Cash Withdrawal (function Id 1001)transaction on Account with Relationship Pricing as enabled.
2. On Save Error is thrown.

Due to this issue, users cannot Perform cash withdrawal on Account
