No Record Found Error For International Transfer SI When Any Of The SWIFT\NCC Is Closed. (Doc ID 2912938.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform International transfer Standing Instructions 
the following error occurs.

No record found.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login with Retail\Corporate user and try to initiate the Standing Instructions using one of the beneficiary mapped to that user.
2. Make sure one of the SWIFT\NCC is closed from the list of beneficiary attached to that user.
3. Application throws "No Record Found." error for all the beneficiaries selected while initiating the Wire SI.
