ATM overdraw allowed for Current Account without Limit facility though GW-AC-OVD01 is marked as error (Doc ID 2913488.1)

Symptoms

When user attempting to ATM transaction, customer able to withdraw without facility attached though GW-AC-OVD01 is marked as error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do ATM transaction for Customer account where OD facility not attached.
2. Check overdraw of balance allowed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can overdraw balance though facility not attached.

Changes

 Application changes released so that if user selects Value on Error as 'Error' it gets rights stored in table as 'E'. Thus ATM overdraw transaction without facility attached gets failed.
