Goal

On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support


RTGS outgoing file name is getting written with DCN.xml file name
The filename should be prefixed with PACS008 (if it is TARGET2 Customer to Customer PSDOT2CT) or PACS009 (if it is TARGET2 Credit Transfer) as it is done for outgoing ACH message.
