ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System is given some error when user click on next button


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not give any error to move to next step

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBLM
2. Create MBCC structure with accounts(participating in multiple structure)
641643920036 and MBCC000013
3. Edit account details and click on OK
4. Click on Next button
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create MBCC with Manual frequency.
