MBCC Target balancing BOD sweep not executed successfully

MBCC Target balancing sweep should execute successfully
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login to OBLM
Step 2: Create MBCC sweep with Target balancing and execution mode as BOD
Step 3: External Account should be as the Header account.
Step 4: Save and authorize the structure

Due to this issue, sweeps are not executed.
