Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
VA account post closure also the status is shown as ACTIVE

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
VA account status should be closed once the VA closure file is processed successfully in OBVAM

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload a VA closure file from H2H
2.Verify the account status in OBVAM


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the closed accounts are appearing as active
