Symptoms

When attempting to Initiate Bill, on Charges Tab
following error occurs.

ERROR

Listing of simulated bill charges failed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Letter Of Credit-->Export Letter Of credit-->Initiate Bill
3. Fill the required details, navigate to Charges Tab
