Symptoms

On : 11.7.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

At the time of amending the Bill, system is again verifying the facility utilisation and throw below mentioned Error.

facility utilisation will happen at the time of booking the bill by linking the Letter of credit. There should not be any change in line code till the
liquidation of the bill.


ERROR

BC-VALS-010 - Transaction amount 4113385.53 is greater than the available amount 2789585.1 for the line FOREIGNLC1


STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke BCDTRONL Menu option
2. Input Bill contract reference Number
3. Amend the Bill and save.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the amendment of the bill
