Symptoms

When attempting to download the shipping guarantees from View Shipping guarantee, the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently, please try again later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login to the application.
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Shipping Guarantee-->View Shipping Guarantee.
3. Click Download.
