ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Creation of payee - Internal Account
when trying to create internal payee with random account number, there is no error thrown on the screen.
The screen just freezes and there is an error on the response tab of developer tool.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Proper error response should display on screen
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with retail/corp user
2. ToggleMenu >>Payments>>Payee>>Add account payee
3. Provide random number in account and fill other details
