ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MX- Activation date not updated correctly on Carry Forward action in Network cutoff queue

Bank is facing an issue regarding the activation date update after the user takes a carry forward action on Network cutoff queue.
The followed steps are as below:
-An outgoing payment it is initiated from screen PSDOT2CT on date 15/11/2022(after cut off time)
-On authorization payment was sent in network cutoff queue
-On Network cutoff queue user takes carry forward action to move the payment on date 18/11/2022 by choosing it from drop down activation date calendar.
-Action it is allowed and when another user goes to authorize the action activation date of the payment it is shown as 18/11/2022
-Then system ignores the date chosen by the user and moves the payment for the next working day 16/11/2022


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 user is allowed to choose a date on the future from activation date calendar and hence activation date calendar should not be available for the user to choose
