ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MX- Pacs.004 is stuck in ECA queue and not showing in queue


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Stucked message should be visible when user click View queue.

STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Pacs.008 incoming it is stuck in sanction queue
2.User cancel the payment from cancel action in sanction queue
3.Pacs.004 it is stuck in sanction queue
4.User approve Pacs.004 in sanction Queue
5.Pacs.004 it is stuck in ECA queue
6.However when user click in View Queue there is nothing showing in this queue

Due to this issue, Pacs.004 is stuck in ECA queue and not showing in queue
