Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
STDCIF corporate tab telephone no modify/amend issue through web service

1. from front end --STDCIF corporate tab telephone nbr modify working fine
2. Through web service telephone number was made null, but the same was not getting updated in the table. this was issue.
Note: while query customer the mentioned field populating wit result and the tag available in both create,modify
3. in the ws request if below field populated then corporate tab telephone nbr is not populating. because both using same backend field
  

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Through web service, if TELEPHONE tag is given under Custcorp section, same should get updated in the table and displayed in the front end.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pass a web service request to modify the customer record
2. In Custcorp section pass the telephone number
3. When the record is saved and authorized, requery the record to check if the customer number is updated correctly

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify corporate customer telephone number through web service request
