Symptoms

Issue clarification:

Actual Behaviour:
Rate revision is not happening for MM contract, when rate is changed.

Expected Behaviour:
Rate revision should be triggered during EOD on the day floating rates are
modified.

Steps:
1. From Rate maintenance screen, do a rate change for current date.
2. Execute EOD and verify if rate revision is triggered for contract

Business Impact:
Due to this rate revision is not triggered.
