On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Charge was maintained for the transaction below 20,000 but system is charging for the transaction above 20,000

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
system should not charge for the transaction above 20,000

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do the maintenance in the ARC maintenance to charge the transaction below 20,000
2. do the transaction above 20,000
3. Check the transaction details

 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot restrct the transaction charge amount
