Adhoc Transaction Summary User Report - Approval Issue
Approval of Transaction Summary Report initiated from under User Reports is failing.
ERROR
-----------------------
"System can not process request please try later"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into obdx by maker
2. Go to report > Report generation
3. select transaction summary report
4. generate report , request submitted and went for approval
5. login by checker id
6 .try to approve the transaction it will fail with error "system can not process request "
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, checker users cannot approve Transaction Summary Report

No Changes done on environment.
