FCUBS: To keep Cheque Number at the transaction amount entry only (DEDTLRON).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Bank want Cheque Number to keep at the transaction amount entry only.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Launch DEDTLRON screen and Click New.
2) Input Batch Number
3) Choose LOCH Product.
4) Input Transaction Account and Instrument Number (Cheque No)
5) Input Transaction Amount and Populate
6) Save the transaction.
  According to the posted accounting entries (attached file: Cheque Number Issue.xlsx), cheque number is kept in all entries.
Bank want Cheque Number to keep at the transaction amount entry only.

Changes

 Fix :-
Code changes are provided to copy the instrument no only to the entry where
the amount tag is TXN_AMT, for the transaction created through DEDTLRON
screen.
