ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PQSNSTPQ: system not allowing to amend the line3 of sender to receiver block

We maintained the field in the amend list for line 3 of the field 72. but system is not enabling it for modification

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should enabling it for modification in the amend list for line 3 of the field 72.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Maintain the all fields of 72 as amendable fields
2) From NSTP q launch the modify operation, system is not enabling to modify the same.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can't able to modify the amend list for line 3 of the field 72.
