Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The 2FA screen is not visible when corporate checker user is approving any transaction, even if 2FA is enabled for the same

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The 2FA screen should be visible when corporate checker user is approving any transaction if 2FA is enabled for the same

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to an application as an admin user
2. security -> authentication -> corporate user -> enable the 2fa for any transaction like internal transfer, domestic transfer etc.
3. login to an application as a corporate checker user
4. Approve any transaction-> 2fa screen is not visible

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, corporate checker users are not able to do two-factor authentication while approving any transaction.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
