Duplicate Transactions Created When Submit Button Is Clicked Multiple Times in Manual Routing Screen
Problem Description

In the case of manual routing once a confirm button is pressed in the confirmation screen the manual rule - workflow selection screen appears and if the user closes the overlay and then clicks on the submit button again, the request is submitted again to create a transaction and duplicate records for the transaction is inserted in DIGX_AP_TRANSACTION table.
As duplicate records are inserted, duplicate transactions are present in the maker's activity log. Plus for such transactions, the detailed journey does not show the next set of approvers since the user had closed the workflow selection overlay and submitted the request.

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
