STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a fixed bond instrument with Quantity quatation as Nominal and Price quatation as Deal Price
2. Create a Bank sell and customer buy deal
3. Price quote as 'Percentage Price'
4. Save the deal
