On : 20.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

When attempting to access Android Mobile app,
following error occurs.

ERROR

1. System cannot process the request currently, please try again later
2. Access denied


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch android app
2. Login to the application
