PQSFUVAQ->Change Value Date Txn to future Date getting error



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a Future Dated transaction.
2) Go to PQSFUVAQ--> Click on Change Value Date.
3) Do not change the value date -- just click on the ok button on --> Change Value date screen.
4) It is giving error Activation date cannot be redrived.
