Symptoms

When attempting to shipping guarantee details, the following error occurs.

Listing of simulated SG Charges failed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with following steps:
1. Login to the application.
2. Dashboard--> Toggle menu--> Trade Finance--> Shipping Guarantee--> Initiate Shipping Guarantee--> Click on Initiate Shipping Guarantee.
3. Fill the details and continue.
