 Interest Payable GL is appearing as Null for the NP Header Account created from OBDX

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a pool structure from OBDX
2) In OBLM, a header account is created based on the CCY & Branch selected by the OBDX corporate user
3) Interest Payable GL is appearing as Null for the NP Header Account created from OBDX

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Interest payable GL is appearing as NULL
