KYC Parameter audit log 

It is requested from client that they want to extract the historicity of changes made to KYC parameters.
Is there a table that records the below information (like the KDD_TSHLD_HIST for the thresholds):
old value (optional),
new value,
user of change,
time of change
Or is there any other way to extract it?
