ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Newly added rows are added at first row instead of last row.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Newly added row should display in last row instead of adding as first row.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBLM and go to Interest Optimization
2. Create new by entering customer id and other mandatory details.
3. Add the participating accounts.
4. Add the rates in slabs/tiers and check if the newly added row is getting added at last row.
