System is showing Accounts of CIF1


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show Accounts of CIF1, CIF2 & CIF3

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create Customer Parameter for CIF1
Create Customer Parameter for CIF2 & CIF 3 and provide CIF1 as parent.
Onboard all the CASA of CIF1, CIF2 & CIF3
Go to IO Structure creation screen & Select CIF1.
Check in Participating Account.

Due to this issue, child accounts are not able to fetch.
