When attempting to download term deposit statement in pdf format, the following error occurs.

On Screen : System cannot process the request, please try again later.
In Logs : <Sep 22, 2022 2:24:31,753 PM AST> <Error><> <BEA-000000> <[<6-4799-4048-5611-2657 >] Inside close method List of Login tfa status in
thread attribute are : [LoginTFAStatus{determinantTye=‘OBDX_BU’, tfaStatus=VERIFIED, taskCompAuthTyp={}}]>
(Location of error unknown)org.xml.sax.SAXException: Can not resolve namespace prefix: java

The issue can be reproduced at will with following steps:
1.Login to the system.
2.Navigate to Term deposits--> Overview--> Deposit Number link--> Deposit Details--> Quick Links--> View Statement.
3.Select the account in which transaction is done.
4.Select Current month from option and apply filter and click to download the statement.
