Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Intraday /EOD/BOD options are not displayed in frequency screen while creation of new frequency when any other frequency window is open

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All the options should be displayed in the screen for maintenance when any other frequency window is opened.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBLM and go to View frequency screen
2. Open any frequency window and minimize it.
3. Click on Create new frequency.
4. Check if all the options are available in the screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the maintenance details are not visible.
